Shipping & Delivery Policy — Corbit Tech

At Corbit Tech, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our complete shipping, delivery, return, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 REQUEST TO INSPECT PACKAGE

We kindly request our delivery partners to allow customers to visually inspect the package condition before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered, you may refuse acceptance. For any issues after opening, please contact us within 48 hours.

1. Shipping Charges (Pakistan)

For orders delivered within Pakistan, a shipping charge of ₨ 1,000 (PKR) applies per order.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except in cases where we confirm the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Time Estimate

Once your order is confirmed and processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) — this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Major cities may see faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

We will provide a tracking number via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

3. Payment Methods & Refund Rules

🔸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay the order amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  • If a return is approved (due to confirmed damage, wrong item, or defect): A deduction of ₨ 1,000 (PKR) may apply toward restocking/handling fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Refund for COD returns, if approved, will be processed via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

🔸 Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallet)

  • If you paid online and the return is approved (damaged/wrong/defective product): The amount paid (including shipping) may be refunded to your original payment source, subject to verification.
  • Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after verification (depends on bank/card issuer).

4. Return Conditions — Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Product

You may request a return for refund consideration under these conditions:

  • 📦 The product is physically damaged upon delivery (visible breakage, cracks, or malfunction)
  • 🔄 The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • ⚙️ The product is defective (does not function as described)
  • ❌ Change of mind / No longer needed — not eligible for return/refund.

Note: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone.
  2. Provide your order ID, clear photos/videos showing the issue, and delivery receipt (if available).
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions (pickup or self-ship).
  5. After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection → refund process will begin if applicable.

6. Refund Process

  • COD orders (approved return): Refund (after ₨ 1,000 deduction where applicable) sent to your bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7-10 business days after verification.
  • Online payments (approved return): Refund credited back to your original payment source within 5-10 business days after verification.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once refund is processed.

7. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

📦 SUGGESTION: We suggest customers check the outer packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the package appears tampered or damaged, you may refuse acceptance. For issues discovered after opening, please contact us within 48 hours as mentioned above.

8. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may make 2 additional attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • For COD orders: No refund applies as no payment was collected.
  • For online payments: Refund may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
